Проблема с БД

Здравствуйте. Уже как два месяца мучает одна проблема, которая очень сильно мешает.
Дело в том, что периодически пропадает окно для ввода пароля при заходе на сервер, это может быть после открытия сервера, когда к примеру сотня игроков зайдет нормально а остальные зайти не могут, потому что нету этого окна для авторизации, либо пропадать в любое время и так же появляться. Прошу помочь в исправлении данной ошибки или проблемы.
