Ложиться сервер

Здравствуйте. Возникла проблема при перезагрузке сервера, он просто ложиться.
Не понимаю почему,мод на MySQL, если же в выключении присутствует mysql_close <- то сервер не выдаёт никаких сообщений и ложиться сразу.
Убираю эту функцию сервер перезагружается,но не включается выдавая :
